This short sequence is an original idea advertising a box of sleeping pills, using the narrative of a legend regarding the origin of coffee.
Kaldi is a shepherd in Ethiopia, taking around his herd as usual, until one day the sheeps start eating a plant; Kaldi doesn't know yet, but that's a coffee plant and the whole herd end up staying awake all night, preventing Kaldi from resting.
This wouldn't have happened if HYPNOS PILLS were invented earlier, but either we couldn't enjoy coffee, so...

This sequence is meant to be a teaser trailer for an animated short film to be realized in stop-motion animation.
Naples, 1770.
While the Vesuvius volcano seems to menace an imminent eruption, an inventor and alchemist, in the dark of his laboratory, is working on a mysterious revolutionary machine with which he means to avoid the damages that an eruption might cause.
But the prototype he's been working on until now doesn't seem to match his expectation.
